Terminal Four Redevelopment, New York, NY

Welcome to Phase 2.5 of the Terminal 4 Redevelopment at JFK International Airport. This phase brings remarkable enhancements: a refreshed check-in hall, extra baggage carousel, 10 gates, a modern curb drop-off, upgraded restrooms, and advanced digital signage. Anticipated to conclude by late 2023, this expansion spans 150,000 sq. ft., including new lounges and gateways.

AxD became an integral part of the project by collaborating closely with Gensler on the lounge fit-out packages and Headhouse expansion. The team also featured Arup Engineering as the Engineering of Record (EOR), and Foit-Albert Associates who collaborated with our client and driving force, Delta Air Lines, as well as JFK International Air Terminal, LLC, and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, to bring these updates to Terminal 4.
